・当方のサーバーには送信されません。
・ブラウザの同期機能を有効にしている場合、同一アカウントの他デバイスと設定が同期されることがあります（ブラウザの仕様に基づきます）。

【有料機能・認証を利用する範囲】

有料機能の利用またはアカウント認証を行う場合、以下の情報を扱うことがあります。

・メールアドレス
　サインイン・サインアップ時にご入力いただきます。
　認証および購入時の本人確認のため、当方が利用する認証サービス（例：Firebase Authentication）および当方のバックエンドに送信されます。

・パスワード
　サインイン・サインアップ時にのみ認証サービスに送信されます。
　当方のサーバーには保存しません。

・購読・決済に関する情報
　決済は決済代行サービス（例：Stripe）のページで行われ、クレジットカード番号等は当方では扱いません。
　購入完了後、当方のバックエンド経由で購読状態（有効・顧客ID・サブスクリプションID 等）を受け取り、有料機能の提供・ライセンス有効化にのみ使用します。

収集しない情報

当方は、以下を収集・送信しません。

・お名前・住所・年齢・電話番号（メールアドレスを除く個人識別情報）
・健康・医療に関する情報
・メール本文・チャット内容などの個人的なコミュニケーション
・意図的な位置情報（GPS 等）の取得
・アクセスしたウェブページの一覧・ウェブ履歴の当方サーバーへの送信
・クリック・キーストロークのログ、マウス位置・スクロールの送信
・ウェブページのテキスト・画像・音声・動画・リンクの収集

操作に伴う座標や、設定を適用するためのタブ情報等は、お使いのデバイス内でのみ処理され、当方に送信されることはありません。

第三者サービス

当方のサービスでは、認証・決済・本人確認等のため、以下のような第三者サービスを利用することがあります。

・認証サービス（例：Firebase（Google））
　サインイン・サインアップに使用します。
　メールアドレス・パスワードは当該サービスのプライバシーポリシーに従って処理されます。

・決済代行サービス（例：Stripe）
　決済に使用します。

・Google API・reCAPTCHA 等

当方のサービスは、一般的な利用者を対象としており、13 歳未満の方を対象に情報を意図的に収集するものではありません。

　We do not handle credit card numbers or similar payment details.

After payment confirmation, we will ship within 5 days.
For post-payment options, we will ship within 5 days after order confirmation.

返品について

ソフトウェア（ライセンシング）商品という特性上、基本的には返品には応じられませんが、事前の情報と乖離する過失がある場合には返金を承ります。不具合などについては適宜対応を実施して参りますが、各種サービスやサポートは事前の告知なく終了させていただく場合がございます。
物品に関しては初期不良がある場合に限りお届けから1週間以内の返品を承ります。

Due to the nature of software (licensing) products, we generally cannot accept returns. However, we will issue refunds if there is a material discrepancy from the information provided beforehand. We will address issues such as defects as appropriate, but please note that various services and support may be discontinued without prior notice.
For physical goods, we accept returns only for initial defects within one week of delivery.
